Productivity/Efficiency


Picking what to do should be your primary concern, however how productive you are at working towards your goal is very important too. We don’t have long lives so minimising time wastage is important, particularly for times when you are not feeling particularly motivated, or the specific task you are doing is boring.
Self-reflection is an important part of breaking bad habits, once you realise your habits you are able to take measures, that usually involve tricking yourself, to prevent procrastination.
